Why I Am Running

I am running for the State Legislature because it is time for our communities to expect more.

We should expect more representation.

We should expect more communication and interaction from our Representative.

We should expect more bills that help our children and education system.

We should expect more protection from state intrusion in our communities.

We should expect more local taxes to remain in our communities.

We should expect more listening to us - the citizens.

We should expect less talk and more do.

The Murray/Midvale/Sandy areas deserve more than representation that is on cruise control. I will serve the citizens of our communities, listening to your cares and concerns. As I get bills ready for the Legislative Session each year, I will seek your input as well as that of community leaders to make sure the needs of our citizens are heard on the Hill. I will stand up to legislation that is not in the best interest of our communities.

Nice is fine, but it is time for some action on the Hill!
